Shipping and Returns

Suggestion: It is wise to charge a restocking/processing fee on returns, because first of all you had to pay a processing fee on the credit card transaction. Secondly, it takes time, effort, and paperwork to process returns.

 

Return Exceptions

some items cannot be returned if they are opened. These include music, software, and video games.

Or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

 

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return an Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please contact our customer service line to request an exchange or return. email: customerservice@bonchose.com
2. Check your email for an RMA.
3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.


Exchanges

If you order an item that was damage in transit or defective. You may exchange your item for a different one or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but the customer is responsible to return the part to us. We will pay to ship it back to you at no other charge to the customer.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. Shipping is not refundable.

Shipping Policy

Turnaround

All orders before 3PM EST is shipped within 24 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Any time after 3PM EST, the order will be ship the following day.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

If an item is on back order. BonChose will ship the product as soon as the item becomes available. Backorders can take from 1-2 weeks. Or the other will automatically cancel and refund back to the customer account.
